Day 45. Pensacola to Milton 30 Miles

We had a leisurely morning at the church with a wonderful breakfast fixed by the ladies of the church before we left for our 30 mile ride today.  A very scenic ride along the bay with some fabulous homes.  One home was a bit on the too much.  Everything painted gold...thought for a minut it might belong to Donald Trump.

Ellen was one of the riders that has been sick so when Balt went to the doctor and was told he had fluid in his lungs it worried her that she might have the same.  So we went to Urgent Care and spent a couple of hours there.  Ellen was given some medicine but her lungs are fine.  As we were about to leave my chain had fallen off and I couldn't get it on.  One of the couples in the urgent care we had been talking to wanted to take me to camp but instead I let them drive me to the Shrimp Basket for ur lunch.  I called Coach and had him meet me there to fix my chain.   This couple was so funny and so excited to take me there.  I'm sure I was the talk at their dinner table tonite.   I guess I gave up my EFI status for 2 miles but that's fine. Krash offered to take me back so I could ride them but I said no,   I did it in 2011 and so not a big deal.  I did remind Bubba that I had 12 extra miles on the books when we made a wrong turn a few day ago and thought that was good enough.  We'll see what he says.

It's Sue's birthday today and she turned 79.  What an inspiration.  Tomorrow it's on to De Funiak Springs.  56 miles.
